Tip of the Month: Conflict Resolution The next time you have to referee a dispute between members (and unfortunately, at some point you will) first, take a deep breath! Then use the following tips to help you work your way though the challenging situation so a positive resolution and closure can be obtained.mb

  • Handle confrontation ASAP
  • Be prepared
  • Calmly communicate
  • Listen
  • Be objective
  • Find a solution

Social Media Facebook tip: To increase your facebook page numbers (facebook insights), pahave your club members ‘like’ your clubs posts.    It also increases exposure if your club members reshare/repost your original posts on their personal pages.

Also, please feel free to ‘like’ and reshare/repost the content from our SPR page – this will also help increase the exposure Sierra Pacific Region Facebook Page – https://www.facebook.com/SoroptimistSierraPacificRegion/   And with the Holidays fast approaching – it is always nice to post some Holiday cheer from your Soroptimist club. ie – Festive Holiday “clip art” images or Positive Inspirational thoughts etc.
