The Academy is an annual, year-long learning program designed to equip club leaders with the knowledge and resources they need to be successful. The program offers structured training through three distinct learning tracks, each addressing key aspects of effective leadership and club management.

Program Structure

The Leadership Academy consists of three specialized tracks:

• Global Track (for anyone interested in learning about the global reach of Soroptimist)
• Empowerment Track (for anyone interested in developing essential leadership skills)
• Soroptimist Pillar Track (for new Soroptimist members or members that want a refresher) – this track will be presented twice so that it will also be available for members joining after the start of the club year.

Each track includes six courses, all delivered in a virtual format. Courses are approximately one hour long, making it easy for club leaders to engage in professional development while managing their responsibilities.

By participating in the Leadership Academy, club leaders gain valuable insights, practical skills, and a network of peers, helping them to lead with confidence and effectiveness.
